When we began in 2008 with nine people and one contract, the ambition was modest: build well, be paid fairly, and be asked back.
Eighteen years later that ambition has not changed, though the scale has. Two hundred and forty projects, eighteen cities and eight hundred and fifty colleagues later, the test remains whether a client asks us back.
The next decade will be defined by two things: decarbonisation and digital delivery. We are investing in both, deliberately and without theatre.
