The Challenge
What made this difficult.
Eleven simultaneous buildings across undulating terrain required earthwork balance and a supply chain capable of 6,000 tonnes of steel per quarter.
Our Solution
How we solved it.
A cut-and-fill strategy achieved 96% on-site material balance, while a dedicated fabrication yard removed steel lead times from the critical path.
